...well here I am again, after nearly a year of absence from good ol' devart~ And after my first year in art college! So many misadventures, from rushing for group project deadlines to learning all different kinds of media (gouche, watercolour, photoshop, illustrator, the whole shebang), to the bipolar weather (it doesn't help that the different blocks in my college are separate and students have to walk outdoors to get from one block to another >.>"), and the strange, occasionally bad or funny or happy situations involving friends, families and others, it all contibuted to the lessons learnt about art, people and life. I made a lot of new art, but most of my work was assignment based and I felt like I was losing touch with doing my own original work. So now I take advantage of every moment to daydream in my own world, then sketch it out whenever free time decides to tap on my shoulder and whispers,"Quick, I'm here, jot down and sketch all that before it runs away from that brain, dang flabbit!" Today I'm finally going to post all the stuff I've accumulated, and the little comic journals I made from last till this one~ And hopefully, be consistently active on deviantart, instead of going on hiatus then spamming the inboxes of my watchers (who probably forgot who this is XD )
